Paint Shop

Directly adjacent to the scene shop is the 1,902 square foot paint shop, with an entire wall of windows to allow for natural light.  The paint shop includes a large stainless steel double sink, a large paint counter for mixing and is fully equipped with the entire palette of Rosco Off-Broadway scene paint.  Students can create almost anything in the space, from full stage-sized drops to textured and painted hard scenery .The paint shop also includes a classroom where students learn techniques for finishing sets with 2D and 3D painting and texture application.
